Voice AI companion

Korean-native dialogue with a ~700 ms response target (a per-stage latency budget: ASR, LLM first token, TTS start). On-device wake word (Picovoice Porcupine). The senior speaks; Chingu listens.

Real-time alerts

Silence past 18 hours, distress markers, device offline, missed medication. Alerts dispatch to family and welfare officer, with automatic escalation if no one acknowledges.

Family app (web + native)

Daily summary, weekly mood trend, push notifications, billing. Korean and English. A Next.js web app plus React Native apps for iOS & Android.

Senior companion app

Voice-first, single-screen. Press-to-talk, conversation history, medication reminders, and an SOS button (2-second hold).

Welfare dashboard

A caseworker view: senior list, district heatmap, daily check-in status, escalation queue, live alerts, coverage report.

Privacy by design

Voice is treated as biometric data: separate consent, AES-256, stored in Korea, and permanently deleted after 90 days (PIPA Art 21). AI identity disclosed (AI Basic Act Art 31).
